Hello Dear. You may be having allergic asthama. Its better you get blood test done to see if there is allergy. Complete blood counts and absolute eosinophil count. If there is eosnophilia generally doctors will give a course of tablet benocid forte or hetrazan 3 times a day for 2 weeks. This will bring down your symptoms of runny nose and asthma. Asthma should also be treated with Tab Montec lc and tablets like deriphylline and asthalin. Avoid allergens completely. Dont go to dust.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
