General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I want to ask you whether cold is associated with fever or not? For that, you can take syrup Cadex and nasoclear nasal spray after pediatrician consultation, providing that you don’t have any drug allergy. Along with that, you continue with steam inhalation or nebulization and betadine gargling ( if possible) twice a day

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Shyam B. Kale
