For years now I have a runny nose that keeps me awake at night. Every time I turn over in bed I feel all the snot in my nose drain down to the other side which makes me sneeze a lot and wakes up my spouse. When i get out of bed i feel the snot drain which causes mire sneezing. This continues throughout the day as I move my head. Before this was a problem I used to get frequent sinus headaches. Now if the drainage stops I usually get a sinus headache. How can I make this stop?
