General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
Thanks for approaching Ask a Doctor section.

* As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the
current condition requires to evaluate possible muscle wasting from
different reasons.

* In our clinic, I recommend an MRI of the both cheeks with complete
detailed evaluation and later on if it is physiologic difference rather
than pathologic, best option is plastic surgery.

Hope this clears your query .
Wishing you fine recovery .
