General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I really appreciate your concern. Fall in blood pressure during fall might be related to internal bleeding due to injury I would advise you to get an X ray done to rule out any fracture or any bony injury, still it couldn't locate and diagnose exactly. Then I would recommend for an MRI. Meanwhile you can take painkillers like paracetamol or diclofenac for pain relief. Physiotherapy and light stretching exercises will be helpful once possibility of fracture rules out.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up question I will be happy to help you.

Regards,
Dr. B R Hudda
