How Can Scoliosis And Back Pain Be Treated?
I have scoliosis and back pain. The right upper back pain radiates to my shoulder and down to my thumb with some numbness. Chiropractic adjustments, massage and exercise helps some, but now enough. I also have arthritis in my hands with intermittent trigger fingers . What would you suggest

Pain is caused by nerve compression by a deformed spine.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a neurosurgeon and plan for an MRI scan.
