Bloody diarrhea is a medical emergency & you need intravenous support of fluids as well as antibiotics. Neglect will cause excess blood loss & water leading to dehydration, iron deficiency, disorientation due to loss of sodium & potassium balance, etc. Get stool(R/E& C/S)test, CBC, Urinalysis done.
