General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like acute bloody diarrhoea, you are recommended to visit ER & take medical aid at the earliest.

Bloody diarrhea is a medical emergency & you need intravenous support of fluids as well as antibiotics.

Neglect will cause excess blood loss & water leading to dehydration, iron deficiency, disorientation due to loss of sodium & potassium balance, etc.

Get stool(R/E& C/S)test, CBC, Urinalysis done. Your treating doctor will physically examine you, review your symptoms & determine the specific cause of your discomfort. Get treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
