whats the best pain medication for the crohns disease ? ive tried many treatments and the only thing that worked was te remicade and the dr I was wandering what the best pain med is for the chronic pain from severe crohns disease ? ive had many treatments but the remicade is the only thing that really works/worked for me but I had to stop cuz of some side affects / would it be ok to try to start it again

Given the chronic nature of your symptoms, i will advise you see a Gastrologist or an Internist for evaluation and better management.Remicade (infliximab) is a drug that is well indicated in the management of mild to severe Crohn's disease.You may continue with the drug in the meantime.
