How Can Severe Acidity Be Treated?

Sir/madam m facing this problem of acidity from about 6 years. Bt now it s increase with every sun rises m really not able to handle more pain consequence r- 1 stomach became tight 2 vomiting 3 swear pain in head nd my nerves start swelling (forehead nerves)

Hello,

You should run upper endoscopy to determine the right diagnosis.
Take antacids 2 hours after eating.
Avoid foods that would worsen acidity (fats, fried, chilly, etc)
