Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on the body which occur when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria. It could be due to hormonal changes, allergic reaction, dermatitis and dehydration as well.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria. Wash skin with mild soap twice a day. Apply cream rich in kojic acid. Give diet rich in multivitamins and drink plenty of water. If condition persists even after this then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of your condition . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics, isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or laser therapy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
