How Can Severe Acne On The Face Be Treated?

hello doctor. i am 26 years and i have been battling with acne since i was 16. i went to the dermatologist and he gave me metrogyl gel to use every morning and benzoyl peroxide to use every other day at night. the first week of using these two i have noticed that i have gotten darker and my face is so dry. he told me not use aany thing els eon my face but these two. i wash my face 2 daily with clear start foarming wash which consists of salicylic acid but i still have pimples and many scars. i have lost my self esteem please help. sarah

as such no treatment for acne available. maintain cleanliness and hygiene. can apply aplication with bezoile peroxide and salycilic acid. apply sulphur soap.
