How Can Severe Acne Scars On The Skin Be Treated?
hello there i am 30 years old and having severe acne and acne scars. i have get microdermabrission thrice and glycolic acid peel once but do not find it effective. i also got alopecia for that ive got injected cortisone twice but still having hair fall problem. i try to have a healthy diet do not go for spicy food i also do exercise but doesnt understand why acnes are so stubborn. i have taken benzoyl per oxide, isoterenion and clindamycin too but of no use. kindly suggest me what should i do. my hormones are fine the peroids are regular.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe acne scars on the skin which is because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It could be due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Y
Need not to worry. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for acne as well as marks. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
