How Can Severe Anxiety And Depression Be Treated?

Having a nervous breakdown been going through for 6 months I tried 4 different medication I m in misery everyday I vomit lost 24 pounds I can t eat drive go any where, I have severe anxiety severe panic severe depression I m desperate on what to do this is torture living like this

Hey hi. Do not be so much stressed out. Anything can be sorted out in life. You just need to be stay positive. For your condition, I would advice counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy along with medications for depression.
And please do not change medications so often. It takes time for the antidepressant action to set in. I would suggest a medication called fluoxetine or any other SSRI for your condition. These drugs can also help you in your appetite issues.
I would suggest a quick psychiatric consultation for both medications and counselling. Hope the above information helps you. Cheer up mate. Thank you.
