Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi
thanks for using health care magic.
you have mention about some symptom of anxiety and depression. i want to know more about other symptoms if you have any. also it is wise to undertake some investigation like ECG , thyroid function , blood sugar to rule out inderlying medical condition if any. if these are ruled out then you can try SSRI class of drugs ( like sertraline.....) . These are prescription drugs and have few side effects specially in early period of starting. also as for non pharmacological management you can take help from psychiatrist to give you cognitive therapy or mindfullness based therapy. hope it will help you.
thanks
