How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

I have severe anxieties that I can t even leave my house. It has been affecting my stomach.I was treated at Hines VA hosp. took clonazepam worked until they took me off and put me on fluoxetine which almost killed me so I stopped all meds and quit the va.

Engage with activities, take light exercise, visit some picnic spots and do not let yourself alone.There is no need to take life serious ,anxiety can be found in any one all it needs courage and patience.

Time always change so do not let yourself to be prey of to circumstances.You need also drugs so get an appointment with a psychiatrist and tell him precisely about your problems.It will help lot to address your concerns.
