I have an anxiety disorder and I m struggling in social situations and prefer to be on my own. I don t like going out to much either. Also, when I m driving I sometimes pull funny faces at people and make noises. Its mad lol. Is there a condition with these behaviours?

Some advices that I can give to you are: 1)Relieve tension with vigorous exercise or massage. 2)Practice relaxation techniques. 3)Get enough rest. 4)Practice healthy thinking and stop negative thoughts. 5)Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine. 6)Get out and do something you enjoy, such as going to a funny movie or taking a walk or hike. 7)Plan your day. Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious 8) Discuss your fears with a good friend. Confiding in others sometimes relieves stress.
