How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

I am on effexor xr 75 mg. and have been for several months. My depression seems to be better but I am very anxious about everything and find myself not enjoying things that I should be enjoying. Would a higher dosage help me or should I try somethng else?

Hi,

This means that the drug has started working for you but, yet not worked completely. 75 mg is minimal starting dose of Venalfixine, we increase this gradually up to 375 mg if pt needs. So, I would suggest; if you have no problem with the drug then we should increase the dose gradually rather then switching to other one.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
