How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

i have a history of seizures and i had a brain operation Aug.5,2009 they took out the right temporal lobe ever since after brain operation the anxieties is stronger and these phsycaiatrist prescribed clonazepam and i have been taking clonazepam from 2009 until now. i find out clonazepam is only short term, it s not working anymore from Feb. or March so i m hoping to get anti anxiety med. and more meds. has anti depressant in it. is there any anti anxiety meds. without anti depressant? i cant take any meds. with anti deprassant in it , i get major suisidal.
