How Can Severe Anxiety During Pregnancy Be Treated?
I m almost 38 weeks pregnant and have only seen the doctor one time...I have terrible transportation issues and family that doesn t seem to want to help me when I truly need it..I have severe anxiety when it comes to doctors and I know that it is wrong and somewhat selfish of me because of the lack of prenatal care but I am absolutely terrified to find an obgyn and explain why I haven t had any prenatal care and that I am already at the end of my pregnancy because I am ashamed of myself. I guess I need advice...
