I have been taking 60mg morphine twice a day an 15mg oxy 1 every 6 hrs for over a year my pain management Dr changed me to 10mg opana twice a day an 5mg ir opana 1 every 6hrs and they are not working should they be an what can I do I hurt so bad I can t stand it
