How Can Severe Breathlessness Be Treated?

I live in a rural area and do not have a neurologist. I had a tia a little over a year ago. I am taking the drugs listed below given to me at the hospital. I seem to be sleepy and tired also short of breath after doing only a small amount of exercise. Any suggestions to help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are experiencing might be due to decrease in iron content in blood termed as 'anaemia'.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
Please get your blood checked for complete blood count along with peripheral smear examination.
If the report indicates less of hemoglobin and iron content in blood, you need to supplement iron along with proteins through diet and medications.
With adopting to above measures, gradually you should be able to overcome the symptoms in about 2 weeks time. Kindly continue the course of medication for a month for complete recovery.
Along with it, take the medications what has been suggested and do the necessary follow-up as advised.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best and wish you good health.
Regards,
