How Can Severe Chest Pain Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?
I have a crushing pain in my chest. My heart beat is normal and I do not feel sick to my stomach. I am not short of breath. The pain runs from my front ribs across my solar plexus. There is no position, sitting, standing, lying down, that is comfortable.

The symptoms seem like neuropathic pain. However, we have to rule out cardiac causes also.
Consult a physician and plan for an ECG to rule out cardiac causes for pain.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
