How Can Severe Constipation Despite Taking Dr. Schulze's Formula #1 Be Treated?
Lately I ve been having a problem with constipation and clay colored stools. I take Dr. schulze s Formula #1 to go regularly. Sometimes I forget and get the hard stool thing. This time I have this constipation/clay color combination and am wondering if there is something to present to my GP . YYYY@YYYY

2) Take ample fiber.
3) avoid coffe caffeine junk food and fried.
4) Use vegetables.
