How Can Severe Constipation With Buttock Pain Be Relieved?
I have severe constipation. I tried natural foods for 4 days but haven t gone to the bathroom in a total of ten days. I took an enema today and kinda let go of brown water. But now my butt hole hurts due to the enema insertion. I tried Vaseline but how else can I relieve that?

At this point you need to see a doctor for an exam since you may have a fecal impaction that needs manual disimpaction. I can't suggest any laxatives for this until you've seen a doctor
