How Can Severe Cramps In The Legs And Arms Be Treated?

I am an older person and have had sever leg cramps for years, now it affecting my hands and arms also. I live on a small farm, work outside 3 or 4 mornings a week. Quinine use to help but it is off the market, and there isn t enough in the tonic water to help. If I over do the least I have to get into a tub of very hot water.

the cramps in your arms and legs would be caused a regular aging process.. in elderly people electrolyte imbalance ( alterations in salt concentration in the blood) is a common finding , because of which u would be experiencing the cramps.. pls do let me know if you are on any medications on a daily basis( because few medications cause hyponatremia - which can cause cramps) , so that it can be reviewed
vitamin b12 supplement can also help you
