How Can Severe Dandruff Be Treated?

I think I have a severe case of dandruff. A year back, I used to wash my hair and get rid of it for 2-3 days. But now it won t go. I am not even sure if it s dandruff because what it s like is something you get once a wound heals, kind of scaly. Please help

Hello dear. I understand your problem. I think you are suffering from a mycotic infection of the scalp. Try to use an antimycotic shampoo like one with chetoconazol . Best regards.
