How Can Severe Depression Be Treated?

i ve been trying to get out of my depression for 6 months now .. i can t feel anything , i feel empty and depressed and no matter how i surround myself with people and do things that i love. my boyfriend cheated on me before and 4 months later we got back together again and he has been really good to me and he promised he would never do this again.. and i believe in second chances.. the problem is i cant fully trust him! im always stalking him and im tired! im always overthinking, i sleep like 2 or 3 hours a day and i cant stop thinking! i tried to leave him but the im afraid of losing him subconsciously , i really love him but i m having problems with myself.. im so insecure .. i feel that i m trapped inside of this feeling and i can t help myself .. can you please make me feel better ? thank you in advance.
