How Can Severe Diarrhea And Bloating Despite Drinking Electrolyte Be Treated?

Yes I started to have diareah and in an hour had diareah 6 times. I drank elecrolyte water and took antidiareh Oct medicine, Imodium ad. I also am very bloated. Since after taking the med and after 3pm I have not had a bowel movement. How should I treat this and what is good to eat or drink. Should I go to the hospital or CVS minute clinic. We do not have a doctor

Hi take a liquid antacid with simethicone for bloating.
Avoid milk and non vegetarian.
Take black tea with lemon and buttermilk, soya milk.
Go to your doctor if diarrhoea repeats--regards
