How Can Severe Dizziness And Vomiting Be Treated?

I had bad fall 2 weeks ago on ice, cut head open strained my neck, spine, and, had staples put in the head. I now have sever dizziness feel like throwing up, blood pressure high, 147/110. Now another problem severe gas pain taken sever things Pepto-Bismol, gummies-- Alka-Seltzer, tums etc. Can take gas-x now too.

Hello,

I have to do CT brain scan. Plan it after your head injury because intracranial bleed can lead to dizziness and vomiting.

It also can be due to cochlear damage which may occur at the time of injury but missed.
