How Can Severe Fatigue Along With Headache And Weak Eyesight Be Treated?

I m 27yr male. my hb is 11gm , rbc is 5.4 ( pcv-33.8, mcv 62.2 fl, mch 20.3, mchc 32.7 & TLC are 7100/cu.mm ( neutrophils-61%, Lymphocytes-35%, Monocytes-03%, Eocinophils-01%. Platelets Count is 3,18,000/cu.mm. My problems are : Tired, Fatigue, Headache, Bad Concentration, Bad Memory, Weak eyesight, Low Stamina, Weakness, etc. please suggest me some kind of syrup medicine or diet, which can bring my cbc levels to normal. Thanks for asking.

As per your laboratory investigation you have microcytic hypochromic anemia. To correct it you should start ferrous sulfate tablets 12 hourly. You have to continue it for 2-3 months to correct anemia and to replenish iron storage depleted due to the anemia.
These tablets may cause constipation / diarrhea. But that would not be a problem.
Start taking iron rich foods like dry fruits, jaggery etc.
