Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
The patient is a 35 year old male who presents with the symptoms of increased fatigue and decreased libido. He also complains of headache, black, tarry stools, abdominal pain, bloated feeling following meals, nausea and vomiting, loss of facial hair, muscle pain, cold sensitivity and unintentional weight loss. He is unsure when his symptoms started. He can not identify any aggravating or alleviating factors for his symptoms at this time.
Hello, Welcome on Healthcare Magic! I understand your concern. There are so many symptoms, about which I would like more information. As I don't have them, I would say that he should meet a doctor. A considerable weight loss, black stools ( that means blood from your gastro-intestinal tract) and all others symptoms that you described, indicate about a serious disease of gastro intestinal tract (bowel or stomach). Fatigue and the decrease of libido came from the disease. So he need to treat the real reason of his symptoms and than his symptoms will go, or will be decreased. I wish my answer is helpful to you! Best Regards! Dr Eniola
