Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I've been feeling extremely fatigued and overly exhausted for over 2 weeks now. I've been under a lot of stress and and have not had proper rest or nutrition; I do however, already have pre-existing health problems from a MVA 3 years ago, and I have a lot of hardware in my body, constant pain, and lots of aches and swelling. With all this being said; over these last couple of weeks; I have been feeling pretty crappy; My blood pressure has been been running unusually high; I am unable to focus, and I just don't feel well at all. Please Help? What do you think this may possibly be?
For stress and fatigue are relieved by a healthy lifestyle and positive thinking like daily exercise for 30- 40 minutes, eat a balanced diet, spend some time for activity which is your hobby.
