How Can Severe Fatigue Be Treated?

I had two strokes end of last year and have been struggling with fatigue. I have put on some weight and am now conscious. I try to excercise but not as much as pre stroke. I don t think I eat much more than before the strokes but the fatigue and some of the anxiety still means good day bad day.
