Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I suggest since you're already on medications, don't use more medications. Instead, do a daily exercise regime and try to increase your stamina. Increase your water intake and reduce caffeine intake, you can use tab Revital in case you're more tired even after doing the above things.

Hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Jinela Desouza, General & Family Physician
