How Can Severe Fatigue While Suffering From Sleep Apnea Be Treated?

Having sleep related fatigue- wake about every two to three hours and have difficulty getting back to sleep. Diagnosed with sleep apnea and using a BIPAP machine doesn t help much. Took .5 mg clonazepam which helped some, but still had about 50% symptoms. Wake occasionally with rapid heavy heart beats and an anxiety/panic feeling and feet tingling. Have tinnitus which has been present for about 7 years- mild mainly . Have had a concussion (with memory loss), and several blows to head with no memory loss. Have a cardiac pacer due to A/V block and bradycardia. Cardiologist checkups have been unremarkable for past 5 years. 55 y/o, 6 3 240lbs with good health otherwise. Am a Chiropractor and have had to limit my patient volume due to the fatigue.
