How Can Severe Foot Pain Be Treated?
I stepped off of a rather high step and heard and felt a pop in my foot. It is extremely painful and goes from the arch of my foot traveling along the side of my foot to the top of my ankle. I am overweight and my job requires mostly standing and walking. I need to find out what this is and what I can do to treat it.
