About a week ago my left foot started to hurt. It was on the top around the part where my foot turns into my leg. But not the ankle. It feels like a bruise almost as if I dropped something on it. But I haven t. Present day it hurts to move my foot when I walk and I can t easily wiggle my toes. I m having to start limping in order to ease the pain. I haven t done any exercise the past week, or caused my foot to sustain an injury like this.
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from extension tendinitis. It is due inflammation of extension tendons of foot .It is generally due to overuse of foot specially seen in athletics.
