Hello,

Hair fall usually occurs due to poor general health, poor nutrition & dandruff. Sometimes it can be due to genetics & thyroid disease, anemia & protein deficiency, etc. You are suggested to get a general health examination done, get all blood & imaging tests done. Get any pathology detected, treated at the earliest.

You can take capsules Logihair, once daily for 20-30 days. Take eggs & dairy products, vitamin B12, iron, zinc & omega 6 fatty acids. Take adequate rest, cut on addictions if any. Take care of your scalp. Use Selsun shampoo. Stay away from anxiety, stress & tensions. Take diet rich in calcium, protein & fruits, veggies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
