How Can Severe Halitosis And Constipation Be Treated?

For approximately 2-3 years I have been dealing with severe halitosis, constant constipation and have become very frustrated along with being embarrassed. I have tried just about everything from drinking lemon water, therabreath, gum, mints, drinking baking soda, drinking apple cider vinegar and alcohol free mouth wash etc. I don't know what to do besides suffer in silence.

Thanks for the query..

Halitosis or bad breath​ can be due to a number of causes and digestive disorders is one of the common cause of bad breath..
Other causes of bad breath can be poor oral hygiene, acid reflux, diabetes, post nasal drip , sinus and upper respiratory infections, tonsil stones etc..
So as you already have constipation therefore you should get it treated first as it can be a cause for bad breath..
You can take plenty of fibres, green vegetables and salads, stool softeners and laxatives..
Drink plenty of water..
For masking bad smell from mouth you can chew flavoured sugar free chewing gum and gargle with antiseptic mouthwash..
You can chew clove and cardamom as it can mask bad smell..
Avoid high aroma foods.like onion and garlic..
You should drink plenty of water and eat more of probiotics like Yogurt..
