How Can Severe Headache After A Head Injury Be Treated?

My 6 year old collided with another child at a pool yesterday afternoon and banged her head quite hard. Gave her paracetamol when she got home. She had a bad headache when she went to bed and has woken up today with headache. Should I take her to doctor?

I have gone through your query. It is better to take your kid to doctor and go for imaging study like CT or MRI scan to rule out any internal injury or bleeding. If that is clear then analgesics and rest will be helpful.
