General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I believe that she have a disorder of her equilibrium complex within the brain and inner ear. A tumor could lead to these as well.

I recommend you:
- An urgent consult with a neurologist or neurosurgeon.
- A CT scan or MRI of the brain. She may need MRI of the blood vessels of the brain too, if clinically indicated.
- Blood tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests)
- An ophthalmologist opinion

Based on these we can find out what is happening. Observe the headache triggers and relieving factors and note them down. Also note other symptoms like nausea, fever, abnormal eye ball movement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
