How Can Severe Headache Be Treated?

I came down with a bad cold after a 7 hour train ride and began taking a sulfa prescription for a bacterial infection that I was supposed to take several months ago that I never took. It said to take it every 12 hours. I took only 2 so far, 1 on Monday night, the second on Tuesday morning. I was going to take a third but I got the strangest worst headache I have ever had in my life last night after eating some fruit my friend brought home for me. The headache is so severe and has not gone away after 2 aspirin I took when it came on last night and 2 5 hours later. I have barely slept because it hurts so much.
