How Can Severe Indigestion Along With Belching And Flatulence Be Treated?
Hi, I am 33 year old male.For some days, I am having gastric indigestion, belching and farting, but yesterday, I had a burp that felt like my heart is burning. I am a smoker and I sleep very less time. I feel like my stomach is full even after small amounts of meals. Am I having low acid levels in my stomach?

Based on the symptoms mentioned, there may be irritation of the lining of the stomach- gastritis
This is treated by diet modification and the use of medication.
Diet changes would involve the avoidance of spicy, acidic or fatty foods.
Medications such as pepcid , zantac , omeprazole, prevacid etc, would help.
