hi i have a scalp problem buildup that itches when i scrach it turns to sand like granuales and it just getting worse i tried tgel and tar sampoo nothing worka can u help me please i have no medical coverage thid has been going on throughout my life but the first time i cant get under control when i scratch it comes back thicker..thank u

Most probably it will be due to fungal infection of the scalp.
As a first line management, you can try antifungal shampoo like Clotrimazole shampoo.
If symptoms persist you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
