I have a mild tbi from a year ago and still have pos t concussion syndrome issues.I have the severe migraines and short term memory issues, fatigue etc I have noticed following a n extremely bad migraine with nausea, I have tremors later in the day or evening I have also had some tingling or numbness . Would this be related or from something else. My neurologist is not available due to holidays to ask, she has referred me to cognitive rehabilitation, but nothing is set up yet. I am also supposed to go back to cognitive therapy again too.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As per my surgical experience, the migraine with memory loss is still related to internal brain structure with non healing or partially healed stage giving synoptic disturbances of brain conduction. In our clinic, I recommend an MRI of the brain for further management guidelines.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
