Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having migraine and diagnosed since 1.5 year...

You are also having bipolar disorder so that stress and depression might associated here and leading headache...

For your bipolar mood disorder lithium like drug can be prescribed along with behavioural therapy
For that consult psychiatrist for counselling

If headache throbbing in nature and nausea associated then most probably related to migraine and ibuprofen or rizatriptan given during acute attack of migraine for relief from headache

If migraine attacks repeated then amitryptillin can be started for prophylaxis (amitryptillin preffered as it can help in depression as well)

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician for examination and discuss all these with him

Take care
