How Can Severe Osteoarthritis Be Treated?

I m Leslie have had severe oa for 10yrs I m 61 left handed I ve had a fusion 2007 to left thumb mcp joint do to Crush inj and dislocation I have nodes of all dip joints now have a collapsed dip joint with detached tendon I m in continuos pain the tip has a 20 percent lag and am awaiting fusion surg the pains making me crazy my feet are just as bad I m not taking nsaids do to it raises my bp and I retain fluids. I ve been proactive follow all orders my hand surgeon, won t controll the pain. Any suggestions

You can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain.

Tramadol is not an NSAID and is quite safe and you can take it without any concerns.
