How Can Severe Pain And Spasms On The Back Be Treated?
Strained my back wrapping presents in poor position. Having back spasms and shooting pain when moving reaching bending sitting or getting up . been 1 week. Trying to alternate rest and activity, taking acetaminophen and naproxen for pain and inflamination. Anything else I can do to hurry healing?

It seems you have a sprain in back. Rest, hot/cold pack, muscle relaxant cream (like Relaxil drug) and anti-inflammatory medicines (You are already taking) would relieve in few days (5 to 7).
