How Can Severe Pain Around The Waist Be Treated?

Hello. I fell from washing foot in bathroom sink to hitting door, landing hard on floor and door, knocking breath out w excruciating pain. Dr. Ordered xray of thoracic ap lat swimmer. It said old t12 compression fracture. I had t12 and also t5 old injury. O had MRI a few weeks ago which shows l5-si injury. Am still in pain. She said no damage thoracic to cause waistline pain on left. Any suggestions? Thankd

Severe pain around wrist can be acute ligament sprain, stretch or tear with or without bony involvement as crack or else. It is recommended to take a prescription of x-ray wrist AP and oblique view for further management.
