Hi Thank for posting on HCM Sorry to hear all you are going through. Treatment options for the pains you are feeling may include: Different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroid shots ocassionally, physiotherapy and surgery. Many of these options may be exploited at a time for better results.I will suggest you try the following: -Continue with opioids as prescribed by your Doctor -A myorelaxant like miorel -Hire the services of a Physiotherapist -Rest well -Have your weight under control -Regular fitness exercises The see a Rheumatologist for examination and other treatment options if these do not help Hope this will help Wish you good health
